I had a strong offputting reaction also and I think it’s mostly the result of the modern photo shoot. Nothing in that photo feels natural or organic in anyway. Clothing lighting painting in the background wooden floor, not AI generated but just a stupidly highly processed photo as is the trend now. I think we’re about 18 months away from a trend towards “retro” or “vintage” becoming very popular in these jewish marketing photos.

Someone already pointed out the angle. I'll also remind everybody that this is almost certainly photoshopped.

That said, the way this body appears in the photo is attractive to me. She tops out at the upper end of what I'd consider sexy, but she by no means crosses the line into turn-off territory. When it comes to the 'thick question', you've got absolute weight level to deal with, but you've also got individual differences in how people carry that weight. Distribution of fat on the body varies; other things like facial appearance and other health factors can make the difference between an attractive thick girl and somebody who is gross.

Her face is gorgeous, and she doesn't look to carry much fat on the face or neck. She dolls herself up and has good hair. She has fantastic skin that isn't covered in scars, dimples, or tons of cellulite.

What bothers me is people who use her as an example for young women to demonstrate how it is okay to be fat. No, it isn't. If you put on weight, you almost 100% will not look like her. Ashley Graham is a rarity. There are exceptions to rules, but they are few. Don't bank on being an attractive chubby girl, no more than you bank on being a rock star or a Mega Millions winner.
