Russia's military strategy is to bomb the fuck out of targets with overwhelming artillery. They liberally applied that strategy, but a year and a half into their "special military operation" and they burned through a whole lot of stockpile. That's why they're going to N. Korea for artillery, because they have a huge stockpile. Russia is nowhere close to meeting current demand with new manufacturing.
