Both Cheri Oteri and Will Ferrell are aggressively unfunny. When they were on SNL, they conflate yelling and acting like retards with being funny. And idiot can yell and act like an attention whore. The seasons they were on, along with Adam Sandler and Chris Farley, who also did a variation of that same act, was a low point of the show.

That's always their bit. Whether together or apart, they always yell, act like assholes, and aren't funny. We got it, terrible people are terrible. Neither of them had any range on that show and was NEVER funny. Same for Sandler and Farley. Their formula: Start with a stupid premise, repeat it over and over, until the scene ends.
