We go to the library quite often for books for the kids. There is always super lefty books there, and we have taught the kids to spot the "naughty" books. This weekend, I found a drag queen book. A CHILDRENS drag queen book. In the Junior section. I don't know why I bothered, but I was so mad and went up to the librarian at the desk and told her this was garbage and degenerate and totally inappropriate. She mouthed off this rehearsed "fill out a complaint" response. I told her I'm not going to fill it out because I know they didn't care and wouldn't even read it. I told her this was sick and disgusting. She said they serve "all members of our community".
You just can't trust anyone. Even after I walked away, some other woman (customer) went over to support the librarian and bad mouth me. Just freaking nuts that anyone supports that crap for KIDS! Total perverted pedophile groomers.
There are no more late fees at my library. I have no idea if they ban you for taking out more materials if you don't return what you already have borrowed, or what the limit of items is.

I’m working on a conspiracy theory that the public libraries were the greatest mind fuck. I suspect there were radical ideologies being passed down from generation to generation within the tight family unit and these ideologies were supported by the families private library. The only way to stop this ideological generational transfer Is to disrupt the family unit and eliminate the private library.
