On the other hand, I don't think my parents stayed for any birthday party I ever went to, and I don't remember any of my friend's parents ever staying for any of my parties. And everyone always went home happy and unmolested. We live in a very different world now though.

This weekend we had a coworker invite my wife and I to his sons 2 year birthday party. We couldn’t go as it was in the middle of our work day, wife and I work together in our store we own. So, my wife went by there on the way home with gifts for the little one and I made my way home. I just don’t have it in me for these kinds of things. Even if we could have made the party I don’t think I could have done it. I can’t relate as it’s been 28 years since I had a two year old.

You don’t know how to be a man so no woman wants you. It’s your sickening vegan diet, you are full of oestrogen now.
You are so old and ugly, even your ladyboy wife rejects you lmao
E: I don’t eat cornflakes

There are rules and no one follows them anymore. How many guests per age of child being one of them. Timing of the party...everything is just a free for all now.
I hated the parents who I would send an nvite for 1 kid then I'd get dropped off 3 . How the fuck am I supposed to host a princess birthday party for an 8 year old girl and you drop off a 5 year old boy and a 3 year old?
I'll give the woman in the article credit for that one. She didn't drop off extra kids.

I agree. Cities did this. Medium to Big ones, and ofc the mixing of cultures (niggerdom).
You speak of countrytime utopia. I remember it.
Cool breeze, motorcycles, horseshoes, actual horses, barbecues, I know everyone
It was the tail end sure, but I remember.
