Like why would they want to prevent ppl from leaving the venue in any case - ask y'self why did they block the escape routes in Lahaina during the August 2023 Maui firestorm - surely the first priority for the Nevada authorities would be to supervise an orderly evacuation of the site, there have already been deaths recorded.
