I like your bike. I miss my sportster, had an ‘89 with straight pipes, solo seat, it was a fun bike. I’ll try to find a pic of it sometime. Had a Softail before that, a 2000, 88 inch. It was lowered, drag bars, hauled ass. Not fun to ride though. Sportsters are always fun!

Oh yeah, and I added forward controls to mine as well, like on day two. Absolutely necessary even at an average 5’10”. I actually ordered CCI brand controls through the Harley dealership in Sac. They were like $400, but that was 12 years ago.

I've put some $ into it. Forward controls and spike grips were over $900.
I honestly don't know why you would need a bigger bike.
Unless you want to go 130mph instead of 120.

The wife and I rode to St. Augustine beach last weekend. Absolutely beautiful. We had a great time down town too. We tried to get into Trade Winds, but of course the wife forgot her damned wallet. We went to a Mexican bar in an alley way, then to a cigar bar.

Yeah, that’s the place. Free cigar with purchase of draft beer I believe. The upstairs was creepy, and it was full of land whale hipsters… who somehow still had orbiters. I would go back though. We really liked the Spanish bar in the alleyway though. Next weekend we are planning to check out beach combers. Is there anything good in Middleburg side of Jacksonville? I am not liking Jacksonville, it’s full of niggers and dirtier than Tijuana. It doesn’t help my project is off of MLK Pkwy

I’m up by jville, and we didn’t get shit. It was my first hurricane after moving down from iowa, and it was an utter let down. Btw, if you’re ever up this way and want to ride, let me know. We bought a house in an HOA, so there’s no one near my age, and all of the faggot boomers give me dirty looks when I ride through the neighborhood. Despite riding the clutch the whole way. The world will be a better place when they’re gone.

I have an FLHRC. Looks like a grandpa bike when the windshield is on, which is how I usually ride. If you get smoked in the face with a June Bug while going 80, you learn to appreciate it. I think fairings look gayer though.
