I was told about it by a person claiming to be targeted by "black ops" (he was a retard). But its how I learned of all these fantastic claims and began spelunking rabbit holes shortly after.
the one I reference, claimed he was blackmailed to perform illegal acts but had refused. He then told me they were manipulating him using sonic frequencies. I nodded my head as he smoked some meth. He actually did have tin foil on the walls.
Turns out the sonic frequencies thing, yea thats a real thing. I still think the guy was a retard. He was Taiwanese and lived with his mother (a successful business owner who wanted me to be his friend and "help him")
