Just found out I got fucking squatters across from me. This neighborhood really went to hell. The old man who owned that house died, and it sat abandoned a number of years. Then recently, some nigger showed up claiming he had bought the place. He did some fix up work to it and started renting it out to a pack of smelly nogs. Lovely.

Then a couple weeks back, I got a phone call from a lawyer representing the family of the old man. He said that nigger had a fake deed. It's not his house, he never bought it. These fucking niggers actually tried to steal a whole property. They'll be getting the bum's rush soon.

It should be grand-theft to occupy someone's home but it keeps happening and if you manage to get them out I don't think they're even prosecuted.

My neighbor's house was getting rebuilt for like a year, and I didn't bitch. Someone else did though.

This contractor either was meth-broke or was trying to piss people off with his broken-ass compressor. Those things are loud, but they're not supposed to be wake up the whole neighborhood loud. It shouldn't be louder than the nail gun you're working with.
