inept, incompetent, obstreperous. purposefully slow. cant get an order right. I saw one at winn dixie being taught how to count out change. the register told her how much!

Mere words cannot begin to express the feeling of pure blessed relief that washes over me any time I have to deal with any kind of entrenched, institutional bureaucracy and I look behind the counter or desk and the worker turns out to be White. "Oh thank God!"

It's like winning the lotto.

Because now there is a chance that whatever the issue is, it's actually going to be effectively and professionally addressed, in a timely manner (like, today), and without my being made to feel as if it is some sort of an immense burden for them to do what they're being paid to do.

And I won't leave with a vague lingering feeling that something is STILL going to be fucked up, but I'm only going to find out later, after it's had a chance to metastasize.

I moved to a red state and there are basically no niggers here. The dmv is amazing and I'm in and out in 5 mins, except when I went to get my concealed carry, that took a bit longer but was still a great experience. Everyone was super nice and professional.

Same here. The 15 minute wait in line I can take, because I can see that the people behind the counter here know their jobs, and are efficient friendly and courteous, and I know when it's my turn, they'll be the same.

There was a very ugly negress working the self checkout aisle at a grocery store I sometimes shop at. She was difficult to work with. Checkers in that position need to be able to work with several people at a time and keep their cool. Apparently she couldn't, and now she's working a single register. And I always avoid checking out with her because I despise her attitude and personality.

My state's DMV moved a bunch of services online which does eliminate a lot of hassle. On the flip side, it helps mask the tidal wave of illegals that are entering our state and crowd the DMV offices. Of course, many won't see this because they took care of their business on-line.
