Start with researching NATO's 1946 Agreement not to move into the former Soviet Republics. NATO and Russia literally signed agreements not attempt control them. Ukraine is specifically designated as one.

- World War I - League of Nations was formed. It created The British Mandate for Palestine, and forced Jews into Israel, and turned leadership over to them.
