God didn't have sex with Mary to impregnate her, she had a virgin birth, her pregnancy was immaculate and occurred with any form of physical congress. It was an angel who announced her being with child and because God willed it it was so.
Furthermore, God is incapable of doing anything evil or immoral.
God decides what is good.
Christianity runs on "divine command", where good is equated with obedience to God, and evil with disobedience.
Why is God the measure of morality? Because he's the strongest being there is, he will reward you for doing what he wants, and more importantly he will punish you for doing what is evil.
