Ok, I see the problems for abuse within my system, there's not a system that could be constructed were room for abuses do not exist, that's a problem I have to deal with too in my engineering procss.
I'm trying to turn back the clock to the civilizations of history that were regarded as having lived through golden ages, slavery and patriarchal hierarchies with absolute power worked far better than what we have now, they lasted for thousands of years.
Unfortunately there were many practices in the historical nations we admire that would upset us, I think most modern NatSocs would hate to live in the actual historical Third Reich, there were elements of the society that Adolf Hitler envisioned which we would consider to be degenerate today.
I make systems that are meant to work most optimally and that would continue to work long after I am dead, most of my headspace exists 30+ years from now, I'm not motivated by anything short of the legacy I'd leave behind. No matter what we try we can't make anything perfect and without flaws, just minimize the flaws as much as we can, and focus on making something satisfactory. I'm wiling to tolerate some chaos in the interests of having a greater order that can last.
I don't want children getting raped, but I do like the idea of giving fathers the freedom to raise their own goddamn kids the way they want. I'm trusting that they'd protect their offspring instead of hurting them (or allowing others to harm them).
We don't live in an ideal world where everyone is unwilling to harm innocents, and I'm counting on the loving nature of most fathers to ensure that most of the young ones would be safe. The problems with this particular policy are unavoidable, but I really don't know how to make a better society than the one I've presented - old style familial patriarchy seems to me to be the ideal family model.
Right now the biggest threat to kids comes from the system we are forced to place our children into, even the people who are nominally supposed to be the protectors of children had turned out to be running rings that sold them as sex slaves.
So let's say I remove the slave status from children, we could do that, it's not essential to my vision, I'd have a higher age of adulthood, which would work for all forms of consent and majority, as well as an upper age where these rights would come out of effect.
Of course there would be certain exceptions within those lower and upper age ranges for circumstances we'd have to allow for in order to be practical and not earn the ire of the population.
For a good society is one people can be satisfied with living under, and anything that is consistently leaving it's population unsatisfied would open the gates to granting people legislative power, which in turn would grow itself out and inevitably produce corruption.
There must not be anyone entrusted with the power to make legislation since there is no way to prevent it from not ending up with the current situation of a group of elites conspiring against the people they are supposed to be serving.
You do know that my vision for the future goes a lot farther than just this element? But to be honest there's not much else to it, it's minarchism where the law only concerns itself with the affairs of a specific category of people, and doesn't consider anyone who falls outside of that category as being people, plus state banking and justice system that are given full reformation.
Let's hear your counter-proposal, what kind of civilization do you envision as ideal, then?
