Its not a targeting computer ignoring a hex color. It couldn't be this specific as numerous atmospheric and lighting discrepancies would change the color value. Its just that a general blue hue reflecting this frequency of beam. Exactly like the color black absorbing sun heat and the color white reflecting it.

I did a color sample on the colors in the video.

The blue rag is #1F4E78 , with variation depending on which part you click

The roof of house in OP is #146CF3

#666FFF is more purple not blue

adending christcuck (or jew) is conflating hex colors with frequencies and trying to find/falsify a commonality although the two are unrelated and unlinked systems

However if you go on google and type "color to frequency hz" you'll get a simplified chart saying that 6.66(THz) is "blue". But further research shows that "blue" is 620–670(Thz).

I think its microwaves because it reacts so well with metal but not vegetation, one way to test it, paint something metal that blue colour and microwave it, although i dunno how color has any effect on microwaves, you'd think they'd paint it a lighter colour to reflect if it were lasers.
