Those Arizona monsoons are something else, let me tell you. Why just last year the whole of Tempe and Phoenix was underwater like it was small, coastal Filipino village. We need those gates welded open. With all of those bodies of water there, there is just no way the soil and sand could stand to absorb any rain at all.
