You must come to Christ willingly. It is a personal journey. Believers bring glory to God through their actions but they cannot force people to believe or join by edict. If a society does this willingly they have made a free choice and they will flourish. Unfortunately too many people love their sin more than they love God. They don't want to offend people with the truth. Sin must either be hated or loved, not watched passively.
“Each person must hear the words of salvation, respond, repent, and live righteously. Real societal change begins with the individual and expands to his family, his friends and neighbors, and beyond as the result of the witness of godly living (Acts 1:8; I Peter 2:12; Isaiah 43:10).”
”Though we cannot throw up our hands in defeat, our efforts to turn society back to Christian morality appear doomed to fail. It will take "a strong hand from someplace" to strike this present evil world with a rod of iron and enforce righteousness and peace on stubborn and rebellious mankind (Isaiah 11:1-5; 63:1-6; 66:15-16; Daniel 2:44; Joel 2:1-10; 3:9-17; Zephaniah 1:14-18; Zechariah 14:3, 12; Revelation 19; etc.).”
I don’t know what the JWs preach but this seems to conform with the Word, and affirm the authority of God to me.
18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. 19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. 20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. 21 But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me. 22 If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin. John 15 KJV :)

I don’t get where you’re seeing those things?
