I bet it looks something like this:

If(nigger or jew or shitskin_catchall):
Jury_Duty = True
else:
Jury_Duty = False

I've been selected twice for jury duty in 20 years. I know their algorithm doesn't want me there.

Jury selection happens in the courtroom. The algorithms employed by the attorneys are biased and arbitrary.

Jury summons only goes out to stupid people. If the state knows you're not stupid, they don't want you there.

Here's the algorithm: find sloppy, stupid people who aren't smart enough to get out of jury duty and then make it illegal for anyone to oppose a juror simply on the basis that they're a stupid nigger or spic.

Juries should only be made up of white men who are a net positive on society.

I don't know about other states, but in California, one can safely ignore a jury summons because it's delivered by ordinary mail and there is no chain of custody to ensure that you actually received it. They use a lot of empty threats to scare the dimwits into showing up, which is why that's all you ever see on a jury. The last time I bothered to show up was literally 10 years ago, and I was dismissed because I wasn't what the judge was looking for (someone who could devote two weeks on the case without any domestic distractions).

Since then, I've always thrown jury summonses away, and there have been no repercussions.

If what you say is true, then it was a just verdict. The completely legal precedent of jury nullification can overrule any rules or instructions the judge may give a jury and acquit a man who may have acted in a technically illegal manner but has actual justice on his side.

His ex-friend failed to pay him for the car. The ex-friend refused to honor the contract, whether is written or oral, and got his ass kicked, and the guy likely took the car back. Sounds fair to me, and it sounds like his peers thought so too.

Now, this is exclusively prima facie, that is, just on the face of it. It might be more complex, of course, and if both were niggers, all bets are off.

If you've never heard of jury nullification, it's a legal precedent that goes back even to the Magna Carta, which gave certain rights to juries. Jury nullification per se is not codified in any English and US law, but its practice is a well acknowledged precedent. If you ever find yourself in such circumstances again and find the case so clear cut, don't be afraid to use this right and this power. The court may get hissy about it, but there's nothing they can do about it without declaring a mistrial, and this would cause oversight on the part of the judge.
