In a standard patriarchal society, the quality of women reflects the overall quality of the society as a whole, as women adapt to uphold the values that the society enshrines.
If society is not rightly guided, the state of the women will reflect that. If it is rightly guided, it will be shown in the form of moral women.
Women become passionate followers of what the men allow to permeate society, for worse or for better. A society will have degenerate women if the men tolerate degeneracy, and the reverse is also true.
