lemme tell you what you are looking at.

thats a fat girl that had weight loss surgery and saggy skin removal surgery.

she then started going to the gym, she probably got some online "trainer" certificate and now calls herself a trainer and probably has a few middle aged women paying her fo a few workout sessions.

the arms are behind her like that to hide her upper arm bat wings and skin reduction scars.

her head is angled down to hide her 3rd chin skin reduction scars.

but those elephant legs are pure muscle, probably from walking around and supporting 350 lbs and she cant make the leg muscles go away as fast as the fat and lose skin so she just tries to pass them off as "thicc"

You might be right about the weight loss surgery. Muscle goes away pretty fast if you arent using it ( to carry a big 300 lb body). Its just skin thats left on the ex-fatties.
