What is the mentality of House GOP's at the moment? Are they waiting for Biden to slip up?

Biden is the worst president in history, but yet the House & Congress is indifferent. Surreal.

Biden has already signed his and his entire families pardons.
Congress isn't a courtroom.
The office of Attorney General is a partisan organization that selectively enforces it's mandates by law.
The Department of Just-Us doesn't give a shit, because they lose their heads if Biden does.
