Just don’t be a faggot. If you get sick, drink lots of water and sleep until you’re better. Stop buying into the kosher lie that you need drugs to treat illness. Only drug you maybe need are antibiotics, and that’s even overprescribed. If you get sick and it doesn’t go away, maybe consider antibiotics for a short while.

There are lots of online stores which will price gouge. I bought some last year from ivermectin.com and it worked. Super cringy site with "patriot" crap all over it, but it was one of the few sites I was able to vet.

There are also likely doctors in your area who will provide it. You might have to make some calls and do some networking. In-person is better for this so they know you aren't some shit reporter or troll but a real person.
