I don’t consider myself a dumb person and I’ve dabbled with both, and it is extremely frustrating to work with both. Sure for very large enterprise apps it could work, although I’ve seen aws crap out before for hours on end and the user was told tough luck.
However upon looking at what they can do a lot of times I find myself coding something locally instead. Sure I can use who knows what it’s called to do who knows what else. But locally i can piece it together faster and more easily.
I shudder thinking about all the retards who think slapping some crap together in aws makes them good developers. And don’t even get me started on how horrifyingly ugly and all over the interfaces for these systems are
