These court personnel all look at this from the perspective of adults. She wasn't an adult but only 17. Seventeen year old girls, or boys for that matter, aren't known for making the most bright decisions. She spent her life watching cars bounce off brick walls in video games. We don't let children buy booze, cigarettes or vote legally. But they can receive adult prison sentences. I'd have a hard time sentencing this girl to life but of course I'm RAYSIS! I'd have to count the human toll of lives saved and grandma's NOT RAPED by the "cargo", lil' Trevon!

Indeed she is just a kid who committed an adult act. At 17 her frontal lobe was not fully developed to rationalize the consequences of her decision. That combined with the fact that she's female and not able to think without emotion. I'd have a hard time deciding what to do with this one. I have not reviewed the entire case. I have read that a witness testified that the defendant stated she wanted to crash her car on one occasion. Another witness testified that she wanted to "key" her boyfriends car.

It seemed rather underwhelming testimony.

Had she been a nigger they would have blammed the deaths on regular female nigger antics directly and on availability of Marijuana indirectly.

Her crime was being an immature white teenage girl with too much THC and oxytocin (love hormone) exposure.
