I went in '98 because the world was a different place then and Burning Man made sense. It was duality. Pure Debauchery under a police state. Let me preface. The org's police surround the event and are inside but unseen until needed. They let anything go inside, but don't you DARE try to sneak in. Its filthy. The playa is the worst fucking place to be, but no one will hurt themselves. Yes people were fucking all over but only attractive people. The fat pigs were untouched. Faggots were everywhere pretending its Mad Max. There's a high ammount of pervs that came to stare at tits. A lot like an EDM Festival but with shittier music. For comparison, in '97-98 geeks were ruling the world because of computers, how well you wrote code was how cool you were. There was no Woke, feminism or any of the bullshit today. Last year or so, the statue was burned before the event, there's been some sort of drama from some faggot leading up. Its a money grab shit show.

In Sept 2018 (I, robot) I suspect they released a bio weapon when I was there, causing me to have a major shortness of breath that lasted 3 months. Either that or bizarre symptom of simply inhaling dirt while riding around drunk on bike for a week. Symptoms didn't start until a few days after I got home.

I never went again but I hypothesize sept 2019 burning man (Metamorphoses) is where they, later, released covid. People from all around the world go to this thing and would have resulted in spread to just about every country heading into winter.
