I work pretty hard but definitely have a bad working moral. This is because main boss is a fat spic and boss no. 2 is a fat jew. Both continually demand 120% at 120% of the time and do not understand their own internal processes creat bottlenecks completely outside of my control.

Deflection, lying, false accusations... it's all there. Classic nigger "I ain't done nutin" behavior. She'll do the bare minimum to be able to continue to fly under the radar but is now motivated to find new ways to game the system so that she can get paid for doing no work.

It's in the company's best interest to try to salvage an existing employee, not to mention the qualified labor pool is small and probably getting smaller, but that nigger, who clearly is a marginal worker anyhow, is a lost cause. She now expects to be paid for not working and as far as she's concerned the company owes it to her. And once you poke that bear she only going to become a worse employee, not better.

If they fire her right now she going to be uppity as fuck and it will probably cost the company significant money not to mention the potential bad press. But they will continue to collect evidence on her and at some point be able to safely fire her for cause. The HR person is clearly white and seems to be on the ball so that's a fair assumption.

I used to do some hiring at the company I was with. We had a nigger accountant who was barely productive enough to justify keeping her, but after some new mangement came onboard it was decided to can her ass. And to head off any potential problems a large severance package was set aside. A few days before she was going to get the axe she walked in to quit. We were over joyed and of course never mentioned that we were going to fire her anyways.

A few weeks later I got a call from the local unemployment office. She went in to claim benefits and told them that we had fired her with no just cause. I literally LOLd it was that damned funny. That nigger was so dumb that she didn't even bother to check out her options before she quit. She was a single mom with four kids so I have no doubt she was rolling in govt. assistance anyhow, but at least she didn't get paid for quitting a job that she'd done poorly for 2 years.

This is right. it's also the right way to handle it and only idiots who never ran anything have a problem with it. The employer is being very cool about everything, and setting clear expectations. As she says, she's worked there five years. If someone has worked for you for five years, you don't just fire them over some timeclock bullshit. You sit them down and say crystal clear that we know you're clocking in wrong and you need to stop fucking doing it, cool? Then the employee should be clear about what they need to do. Provided they clock in right going forward, there will be no problem. If they don't clock in right, and they get fired, there is also no problem since everyone was clear about expectations.

Finding workers is the biggest problem I run into with my little company. I put up with a lot of shit just because if i hire someone else I have to start over training and finding out what this new worker is going to give me problems with. That said I don't pay by the hour I pay based on performance. I dont care if you only work an hour a day if you get what I need done.
