I'd say that they were all frauds and that their population size was too small. This isn't science, it's creative interpretive of a small dataset.

"Egaligarian man"? What the hell does that even mean? That you consider yourself equal with your wife? I'm gonna tell ya, buddy, you and she are NOT EQUALS. I don't mean in the sense of having human rights or any of that nonsense. To begin with, starting with wisdom even a five-year-old knows, "Boys have a penis, girls have a vagina". The biological differences alone are enough to show how different men are from women.
