Trump wasn't "waving classified documents". He was waiving an article from the New Yorker from 3 days before this conversation took place. The article from the New Yorker that was about Milley publicly attacking Trump and insisting Trump was trying to start a war with Iran while it was Milley, himself, urging the president to attack Iran and start a war, pissed off that Trump was refusing.
This was made obvious after it was pointed out that these so called "classified documents" that he was supposedly waiving around are not present in the allegations against Trump.

The J6 case. Trump is perfectly allowed to and some would argue obligated to fight to defend against a fraudulent election and fight for the 76 million people who voted for him.

Everyone who is not president of the United States has to obey the laws passed by congress to declassify documents because everyone who is not the president of the United States gets their authority to declassify documents from congress and therefore must obey those rules. The president gets his authority from the Constitution. Congress cannot regulate or restrict powers given to the president by the constitution. Trump was not in possession of ANY classified documents at Mar-a-lago. None. If the national archives wanted some of the documents Trump has they can sue him for those documents. It's not a criminal case.
And, finally, the GA case. Trump was on the phone with the GA SoS arguing about the illegal ballots being cast and counted. Trump didn't pressure anyone to do anything and the "find me 11,000 votes" was Trump saying he only needed to find 11,000 FRAUDULENT VOTES to make a case for a lawsuit to fight the blatant election theft. 6 attorneys were on that call with Trump. None have suggested anything was criminal.
Also, in GA, even if Trump's "legal team" (which were not actually Trump's legal team) was involved in some illegal breach, it has nothing to do with Trump unless they could prove that he ordered his lawyers to break the law and the lawyers, knowing it was illegal, did it. You'd be a fucking idiot to believe that.
