Will power is really the only real stumbling block. Even a "one man band" type of person can grow everything by himself if he just takes the time and effort.

Minimally anyone can grow some vegetation indoors. Order a hydroponic kit online to get started, then expand.

I don't buy packaged foods, and I doubt they could smuggle that shit into the meat I buy from the butcher, or the produce I buy from the farmer's market.
