Why can't I block v/AnonTalk and v/AnonWhatever?

The title says it all. I've tried block both about a dozen times, but they won't go away. I'm not interested in them and they're a blight.

Block button should toggle now. Try giving it a toggle and tell me what happens.

And if I click it does a page refresh, but I still see posts in the sub and in new from AnonWhatever.
