This guy is a pretty good doctor. Although I heard he’s a crazy Scientologist that actually forces all of his employees to be Scientologists and has had lawsuits against him for it.

Be careful supplementing potassium (K+) because too much or not enough will cause fatal heart dysrythms. Bananas are a good source.
