I knew they weren't poor, but what surprises me is how much money they are still getting from Google, despite their dwindling share. They used to be the dominant browser before Google Chrome ate their lunch.

I still use Firefox because of the plugins and I'm comfy with it, but I really need to ditch it. They aren't getting any money from me (I change the default search engine away from Google), but fuck this.

That's what I suspected: Mozilla has been taken over completely by communists. It's a grift that is enriching a select few communist / cultural marxist organisations.

I thought the CEO's pay was an insult, but reading this - and it's not completely unexpected - I'm just left saddened.

It started off as a browser fighting the behemoth Microsoft and "their" shitty IE (Microsoft bought IE from NCSA), but mindshare from naive nerds turned into easy money and a lovely grift for parasites.

Mozilla having become a completely communist organisation explains how Firefox can be so extremely shitty, with constant redesigns, breaking features, useless shit (Pocket) and built-in malware (the forced Looking Glass plugin) - all of that without any input from the users who, I'm sure, aren't interested in having to learn a new UI every 6 months.

So mozilla is a money laundering operation.
