You said that the pajeets were being charged with assault. That's simply not true and the journalist phrased it the way he did, not the law enforcement. It seems equally possible that after they investigate the beating and find it to be the appropriate action to take when a nigger pulls this shit, that they'll charge the nigger for making the street shitters whip his ass.
