Icke quotes the research of Nikola Tesla and talks of HAARP arrays that direct microwaves upward which heat the ionosphere, and presents evidence the northern hemisphere jet stream has been rerouted around the British Isles.

Thus "Atmospheric Rivers" that bring exceptional precipitation, "Polar Vortices" and such things as "Bomb Cyclones" that bring cold, no less than the dreadful flooding that has paralyzed China July / August 2023 are all artifacts of Weather Warfare. Edit.
