Well, after realizing that everyone was both insane and retarded, I went on to spend my time in this hellhole to develop something that would help people become NOT insane, and also NOT retards.
The 40-year-long R&D process that ensued led me to develop the exact science of the mind. This "science of intelligence" if you will, allows one to destroy any and all foreign bodies inside their mind, thus allowing the individual to become equal to the best possible version of himself. Then I developed a course for people to self-study and teach themselves this new science.
It will eventually replace psychology, philosophy, and any and all sorts of religion and spirituality. The manual is still as of yet only available in French, but the English version is being worked on. Maybe late 2024 for that one.
All people need to do is get the manual, study and apply for say a decade and then be godlike.

Well, I made it available for the first time around 2005 so that's almost 20 years and indeed we have a few mighty practicioners of psience. By the nature of their power, these individuals are intensely private and prize their anonymity. Still, they are (obviously?) brought to mention how they acquired their abilities, and so there is some spread.
But no peer reviewing and I doubt this will ever come, since the science is completely internal. What does this mean? Well, given that it's an exact science, one must measure their mind. And so one is brought to make their own mental yardsticks in order to measure what's in there, how much of it, how often certain things happen, etc.
These are fully internal processes. Then once an individual has inventoried their psyche, they analyze the interactions between the various parts and systems, until they get an objectively complete understanding of the processes happening inside themselves, including the how and the why. Once this is attained, one can decide which corrections, if any, one wishes to implement.
For example, a guy might be possessive with his women, to the point where it creates troubles in his relationships. He could get an objectively exact understanding of all that this implies, and then decide to remove whatever makes him lose control of his moods and attitudes in these circumstances.
After doing this process sufficiently and for all aspects of their life and mind, one is, behaves and feels exactly as they inherently ARE, and their lives become a perfect mirror of this. You become impossible to manipulate or influence, and your life comes to meet your profound identity perfectly, as this profound identity has no dissonance or opposition within the psyche. The life becomes perfect for the being and the being feels this perfection in every atom of their being. Suffering has ended and daily life is blissful.
