Follow user doesn't work. It's an inoperative feature I BELIEVE, I could be wrong. There was talk of implementing it awhile ago and the answer was more or less meh. I'm sure it could work if System flipped the switch but the possibility for it to be used maliciously was too high. Either way, I think I flipped the toggle to Not Allow which is an option somewhere. Again, it was awhile ago.....maybe a year or so. It could have changed but idk. Edit: I just "followed" you which it wouldn't do awhile back so......maybe it does now. Just know that I AM ALWAYS THERE NOW, following you. Nothing creepy, nuh uh. But I'm there."
