There is a certain method to this. I'm a very high priority national security case. The system is going to try - if it can - to not put too heavy of pressure on me criminally. Because it is a very dangerous move. It can cause me to detonate, get me publicity, endanger the country.

No, the strategy is off-road - that is try to buy me. Or barring that contain me as much as possible. Also, hitting me with lower level, relatively nondescript charges from lower jurisdictions. No one wants moderators. The key is what kind of forum one wants. If you allow morons, trolls, assholes, and disruptors - you'll get them. And as bad drives out good that is mostly what you'll end up with.

The answer is turning away from the 'free speech' model. It was known as far back as the 2000s that free speech just enables anarchy on message boards. But with now? Organized anarchy by disruptive shills makes it an unviable model. It's like when people talk about freedom. Freedom to do what? In effect 'free speech' enables hostile elements to shit up the place. The key is not free speech but good behavior. Good behavior is the proper standard by which to run one of these places. It's how the first OE was managed and we had no running issue knowing we were overrun with nonsense. Such elements knew they weren't allowed and got the banhammer when they did show up.

This place though is well known as a zoo. It'll take time even if the right policies are put in place.
