This reminded me of when the internet was good

They should have these in the corner of the room during questioning time of political (((leaders))) to cure them of their amnesia to recalling events.

This guy is a bit of a kook, but I really like him. Been following the building of this contraption since the beginning.

Embrace tradition.

Yeah, he's a lot of fun to watch. Reminds me of the old internet a little bit.

I think if he'd just made the carrier taller, that would have eliminated the derailment risk, since it wouldn't have been able to wobble enough to one side for that to happen.

I believe it is time to reinvent the guillotine!

No more of that old fashioned style using "gravity" and a heavy contraption with a blade attached to it.

It is time to bring the guillotine into the 21st century!!!
The new and improved guillotine needs to be made out of Steel! Stainless Steel!! It needs to be set up horizontally with several different places for the evil ones to be placed. Set the blade up on a track system that is powered. Belt or chain driven, maybe even a hydraulic system. There are many different ways to slide a blade down a track.
I don't know what would work best. I just know that it really needs to be done.

Guillotines are way too complicated and require regular maintenance. A rope is much simpler.

He’s no engineer, but he IS a nerd after my own heart.

Guillotines are so complicated. I think when they were using them, guns were less practical for execution, what with having to load every shot and them no being super accurate. You could have used them for execution, but it would have been a waste. With modern ammo factories and stockpiles, bullets are probably cheaper.

If the shit hits the fan, I'd rather keep my reserve.

I mean, even when you make your own, why would I waste them on someone I could guillotine, and not save my casings, primers, and powder.

Fuck, do you know how hard it was to get certain primers during the Cov-pocalypse?

Obviously not, and you apparently will never have enough ammo and will be run over by shitskins, dumb fuck.

Rope is probably the best thing, then. You can make it if you have to. I mean you can make a guillotine, too, but as you see it's a pain in the ass. If you have enough executions to do it would make sense. I think during the glorious revolution or whatever the guillotines traveled.

I'm certainly not averse to rope, but it would be handy and entertaining to have a guillotine in the yard.

Use rope if you hate your enemies, guillotines if you're compassionate. Hangings were notoriously messy becuase they didn't really figure out the physics of it until the 1800s, so guillotines were high tech for fast, clean kills.

Life is wonderful. It's the powers that be who suck.
