First, what is it that you are claiming about HAARP? Usually when people discuss that it involves conspiracy speculation. But you're kind of getting ahead of things as it is unclear what you are speaking to.
It is sometimes referenced in relation to US mind control for example. The US definitely has mind control. They've used it on me. But I have no knowledge of it being HAARP and at least from what I have seen of their capabilities so far there are limits to how effective they are.
There is also a pretty solid case for the argument that my plan is going to be hard to stop. Lots of variables there though and even intelligence agencies are unsure of the extent of my capabilities nevermind posters on a message board.
