BACON AND EGGS...THE PSY-OP BREAKFAST

submitted by Zyklonbeekeeper to HDLunited 1.8 yearsAug 3, 2023 01:31:10 ago (+16/-1)     (HDLunited)

In the 1920s, the Beech-Nut Packing Company, hired Edward Bernays, a public relations and advertising expert, to increase consumer demand for bacon. To do so, Bernays asked his agency’s internal doctor if a heavier breakfast would more beneficial than a lighter one for the American public.

But because the doctor knew that it was in his best interest to support Bernays suspicion, he confirmed the theory and wrote to 5,000 of his doctors friends asking them to confirm it as well. This ‘research’ of doctors encouraging Americans to eat a heavier breakfast – namely ‘Bacon and Eggs’ – was published in several major newspapers and magazines to great success. Beech-Nut’s profits increased rapidly and we now eat bacon and eggs for breakfast!

So is the "bacon and eggs" breakfast a break away from the traditional breakfast, whatever that traditional breakfast was? Is the "ALL AMERICAN BREAKFAST (and Canadian bacon)" a subtle poisoning of the family unit in that the psychology behind bacon and eggs is the same used to subliminally influence people into wanting (recklessly in mass quantity) something they don't need?

The mass mind is easier to control than the individual mind. In general humans tend to mimic one another ie nice little house with a White picket fence, two car garage, two kids and cat or dog...and once in a while the neighbors get together for a family oriented barbecue. And everyone is so friendly with each other.

Then one day George, down the road, bought Gladys a television. A month of game shows and soap operas made Gladys realize that she was a victim of spousal abuse. Then Andy, up the road, buys his old lady a Ford Galaxy 100, and now Gladys sees just how much abuse she's really being subjected to. Her slave master husband, George, was looking worse by the day...and then, Harriott next door gets a brand new dishwasher, a sink with a built-in garbage disposal, a new steam iron and electric kettle and Gladys is ready for a women's crisis center, one that has a sink with a built-in garbage disposal and it's own legal team that specializes in divorce and division of assets....if only George had not gone over to Billy's house for a beer that one day, it was Billy who just couldn't wait to show off his brand new Zenith Model 300SFX floor cabinet television C/W built in bar and extending ashtrays, George was hooked and wanted to impress his wife Gladys with a brand new TV too.

It's called, "KEEPING UP WITH THE JONES'"....people will buy buy buy just to maintain image and social strata.
An individual who sticks to himself and isn't influenced by wants but rather only by needs, is looked upon as a "weirdo" or social misfit. But the weirdos and misfits see what's going on and want nothing to do with it.

And here we are today, living in a clown world where contemporary generations don't even know how to cook "bacon and eggs".

I prefer a Bacon and Peanut Butter on Raisin Toast sammich for breakfast... One can even munch single-handed whilst driving.

1 or 2 slices of bacon, and 1 or 2 duck eggs.

Sector7...I'll take quail eggs over any, albeit you need a dozen for one omelet but the taste is high end...as for duck eggs though, they were preferred over chicken because of the lasting effect...back in the early 1900s 3 duck eggs kept farmers in the field all day.

I have a crazy metabolism. I eat 5 -7 slices of bacon with 3-4 eggs when I have that meal, often with waffles piled high with berries. I'm not a big guy by any stretch and will lose weight if I don't eat like that.

What was the original "American diet"?

Regardless of what's being pushed, we should be able to look at the macros and additives to see if it's "good" for us or not. I don't have much of a problem with bacon and eggs, unless you're presenting something else.

A hunk of bread and cheese, with salt pork if'n you has it.

Haven't heard of that. I try to eat lots of protein, and pork is just great. Plus cheese. I'm guessing sourdough for the bread? Something thick and solid is best (that's what she said).

Animal protein diets produce better results than vegetables and grains. Eggs and bacon are 100% protein and fat. Eating eggs everyday regulates your hormones. Fat with protein alone forces your body to use it as a source of energy.

The only instance where this meal is a negative is if there are any carbs in it.

The only issue I see is that pigs eat an unhealthy diet. Nowadays pigs get fed anything from candy to trash to fatten them up.

Yeah, I really don't see the problem with this as fuel.

What's OP saying, that we should go back to the trad diet...but doesn't say what it was.

if you eat some green veggies with this diet there is basically no downside. Root and tuber veggies are high in starch and carbs and gourds are full of plant fats, but the green ones aren't.

Edwards (((Bernays))) is responsible for the popularization of cigarettes. He tied it to 'women's liberation'. Posters all over the US and Europe from his advertising company showed wahmen holding up lit cigs to mimic the Statue of Liberty. 'Torches of Freedom'.

Bacon has lots of potassium which in a carnivore diet is a God send.

[ - ] PeckerwoodPerry 4 points 1.8 yearsAug 3, 2023 09:13:34 ago (+4/-0)

You know what else has a lot of potassium? 🍌🍌

My neighbors have a bad habit of scalping their lawns.

Only argument I would have is the English were eating eggs for breakfast with ham? And 90 percent of Americans lived on small farms pre 1900s so I'm sure eggs were part of breakfast 12 chickens will make a ton of eggs it's good protein and taste great in the morning also most small farms had hogs and that means bacon.

But yes it became more wide spread because of the reason you pointed out

[ - ] Gowithit 3 points 1.8 yearsAug 3, 2023 02:49:30 ago (+3/-0)

and then people who werent living on farms eating that diet were getting sick and then they were able to sell them pharmaceuticals. Win win.

Excellent summation of Freud's nephew's kaballa manipulation of reality.

Only once in a while on the weekends when I was growing up did we get bacon & eggs for breakfast. In my home it was oatmeal porridge, "quit complaining, you're lucky to get that hurry up and get to school"

Nobody else was getting bacon and eggs for breakfast either. The method is all about what you THINK other people are.

When the media was grooming the public to allow the dumping of mental patients it was a case of the usual moral superiority and everyone thought "Oh people I know don't want it, but everyone else does".

In case anyone missed it, It's a Bernays that started Netflic in patnership with a guy into 3 or 4 generations US government bureaucratic elites.

Gladys should have told her friends that garbage disposals suck and that electric kettle was one day going to be used a weapon to bring about the downfall of gas stoves allowing complete takeover of her and her friends great grand childrens homes by the government one day.

Too bad gladys never met karen.
