You can see it coming from a long way away but it's still a very satisfying thud.

Goodbye

[ - ] Trope 15 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2023 22:00:49 ago (+15/-0)

I wanted to comment: How do you not see a human in the road in front of you?

But then I remember I have seen other drivers drive.

Her GPS didn't tell her to change lanes.

I hope the other guys car is alright

[ - ] Sheitstrom 7 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2023 01:29:11 ago (+7/-0)

The psychotic evil of just filming a man as he is about to die... tracking the car that is about to hit the guy - with full knowledge in advance - and yet not warning him is pure evil.

[ - ] JustALover 2 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2023 04:01:35 ago (+2/-0)

I dunno. Some people deserve to die. God knows what the fuck trouble that asshole has been causing.

[ - ] AntiPostmodernist 2 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2023 10:06:07 ago (+2/-0)*

I think he got evicted from his home. Maybe because of being a bad tenant, maybe because he wasn't paying rent. But I see a lot of people who are on the streets in the city because they lost their place. A lot of them are furious at their landlords right now.

I say "why don't you go from homeless to homeowner by heading out of the city into the woods, cut down some trees, and build yourself a house?"

You can make a career out of it if you build more houses out there after that one, and sell them or rent them out to other homeless people.

Sure, it's against the law but your are clearly fine with breaking it as things are right now, so why not do something illegal that also makes you a productive member of your society?

Better than slinging drugs. BTW many of the people I talk to who got evicted were heavy drug users, mostly it's alcohol, tobacco, or marijuana, but that shits expensive.

Others are fat fucks who couldn't stop slurping up the goyslop, absofuckinglutely nobody cooks in the city, we don't have grocery stores, we have restaurants.

How many of those people have the money to 1) buy land, and 2) afford "property taxes?"

[ - ] AntiPostmodernist 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2023 17:42:44 ago (+0/-0)

Don't buy the land, evade the taxes, just build it deep off-grid innawoods. Fuck the taxman.

Alternatively, get approval from city hall or another political entity. Make a good pitch and you might see yourself bankrolled into a rustic cabin of your own making.

[ - ] TheNoticing 0 points 9 monthsAug 4, 2023 12:38:05 ago (+0/-0)

Then that person would be trespassing on private/government land. And get approval from city hall for what? Squatting on land?

[ - ] AntiPostmodernist 0 points 9 monthsAug 4, 2023 15:11:07 ago (+0/-0)*

It's called homesteading, and it could be made attractive to the city, they have a homeless problem and this is potentially a brand new town that is looking for its first residents. There'd be economic incentives in that as well, new town means new people who need new businesse, ans all pf the above generates taxes for the government. We could help sell it by saying that we will expand the forest we built the town on, planting ten times as much trees as we cut down, we'd take good care of the local environment.

[ - ] TheNoticing 0 points 9 monthsAug 5, 2023 14:44:23 ago (+0/-0)

But someone still owns that land first.

[ - ] AntiPostmodernist 1 point 9 monthsAug 5, 2023 17:16:00 ago (+1/-0)

You know what? I don't give a fuck. I'm living my best life and I'm doing it on a budget. The society I live in wants me gone, so I'm Going Galt and obliging them. They don't like anything about me and want me to leave? Fine! But now they want to prevent me from leaving? Just let me go and die in the wilderness. I'll b far away and they won't know where I am or what I'm doing on the land that I'd be living on. BTW I'll pull a play right out from their books, squatters rights!

If I were the camera man I would have assumed the car would brake or change lanes. That driver must have been texting or something.

[ - ] Rowdybme 6 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2023 23:00:32 ago (+6/-0)

The driver was on FaceTime with the filmer

[ - ] Lost_In_The_Thinking 5 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2023 23:40:03 ago (+5/-0)

Probably the first time I've seen a video on v/WatchPeopleDie. Why do you people watch this? What is the interest? What is the entertainment? All of you people are degenerate.

[ - ] AtomicForeskin 10 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2023 00:52:58 ago (+10/-0)

It’s called watch people die but could just as easily be called learn how not to die. So educational purposes really. Also being able to watch and control that guy wrenching cringe you feel is a great stoic exercise.

We are steeling ourselves for the day of the rope.

There's definitely value in becoming desensitized to death and violence.

[ - ] MuricaPersonified 7 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2023 01:27:24 ago (+7/-0)

There are sick fucks that get off on it, but most of us just like seeing reality unfiltered.

[ - ] lastlist 1 point 9 monthsAug 3, 2023 00:09:00 ago (+1/-0)

Death is the entertainment.

[ - ] Sector7 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2023 11:23:53 ago (+0/-0)

Dying is a part of life that every single person experiences. Why would you avoid it?

[ - ] shitface9000 5 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2023 21:00:41 ago (+5/-0)

I had the exact same reaction as the filmer.

[ - ] TheOriginal1Icemonkey 3 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2023 22:43:12 ago (+3/-0)

Did he died?

[ - ] Indoctrinated_USA 3 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2023 00:24:03 ago (+3/-0)

Clearly.
That was a 50+ mph impact.

[ - ] allAheadFull [op] 2 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2023 00:07:02 ago (+2/-0)

I don't know but he looks Chinese. Probably 1000 more just like him.

[ - ] yesiknow 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2023 10:11:03 ago (+0/-0)

well yeah. Progressive communists don't die. Their programs stop functioning. Nothing to grieve and no loss.
