And people here claim Christians do nothing and don't fight back. Here is a perfect example of us Christians standing up and fighting back and getting persecuted and arrested for it.
Those cops were shameful, but "back the blue" fags are just as brainwashed as the liberal npcs.

Yep. They are going to get sued. This one is easy. Dude with the camera needed to get name and badge numbers though.

Passively complaining is not fighting back. At the end of the day, those cops are going home to their families, then doing it all again tomorrow. That wouldn't be happening if people were fighting back.

Strongly disagree. Those cops have obviously made enemies from this.

Amplified sounds ORDINANCES don't apply to the people. They apply to venues who are acting under permit. The venue agrees to obey the ORDINANCES to get their permits to do business and sell alcohol, if they sell alcohol. The people have no obligation to obey these ORDINANCES. They are not law.

I hope that dude sues the fuck out of the city.

Ehhh…Not so sure. Then every asshole with a loud car stereo could just sit outside of your home at 2AM blasting their music.

Legally, they can. City ordinances are applicable to city employees, contractors for the city, subcontractors doing work for the city, and those who operate under permit of the city. All of these people agree to abide by city ordinance while they are working for the city or operating (a commercial term) under permit from the city. Cities cannot pass laws that apply to "We the people". Every state in the nation is very clear about that in their state's constitution. Laws must go through a very specific procedure to become law. Procedures that include public notice of a proposed bill, how each bill must be announced for a vote, voted on by both houses of congress, and signed by the governor, vetoed and then over rides by Congress, and announced passage into law, as well as announcements about the law going into effect. These procedures are why "ignorance is no excuse for breaking the law" is a thing. City ordinances go through none of these procedures. They cannot apply to the people.

How many protesters were arrested for being too loud during the BLM riots? Or any other protest?

Should have passed out donuts to these shitty cops and told them to go away. Fucking communists

I don't have it handy and can't remember it word for word but, this brings to mind the guy talking about how things were in Bolshevik Russia.
If they had only fought back, if the cops would have worried when they left their homes not knowing if they would make it back alive...

Wisconsin is a satanic shithole. Whatever you do don't investigate Racine.

poor little brainwashed kids, hopefully they grow out of the hebrew matrix and join the Aryan matrix, their resolve is admirable but misplaced.

Look they shouldn't have been that way with the kid but the violation was in using an amplified speaker to speak. If he had not been using an amplified speaker I doubt anything would have happened. Many cities have ordinances that you can't use amplifications to speak without permits etc.

Bullshit. I've seen dozens of shitty activists all over the place using megaphones. Cops "selected" who to arrest.

And more importantly the woke use megaphones themselves, airhorns, and group shouting in order to outright silence people's ability to speak entirely. If one side is allowed to use megaphones, and noise-tactics to prevent others from speaking, effectively they've censored you/removed your right to speak at all.

Actually the more I think about it, the more this sounds like the irl equivalent of what happens when tech companies claim they don't engage in censorship, they just "limit reach."
