I miss the anonymous forums where the content of a comment had to be judged on its own rather than in relation to your preconceived opinions about the poster.

I guess I’ve just had good experiences on anonymous forums. You are forced to examine the content of every single comment. It stops people from posting five or six Nazi means to establish their reputation before they go about pushing the Other agenda. This seems to work exceptionally well if the assumed Internet identity is female. Because men are suckers.
