OK...apparently I missed something and I can't figure it out, I'm just commenting on what I read but I'll be right up front honest here I know absolutely fuck all about EVs and the terminology associated with them, the only thing that I can see that I'm missing is that maybe that "docking station" is a fake and is actually an inverted ashtray...this is serious shit now, something like this could impact my IQ numbers and I don't want to drop below 200.
What am I not catching here?...tell me and I'll tell you if you're wrong or just not right.

That "Dock Mount" on the left is somewhere to put the charging plug when not in use. It's a piece of plastic that does nothing but holds the male end onto the wall. Or in this case, on the Jeep so he can pretend it's plugged in so he can avoid paying for annual parking in favor of the free EV parking.

The police at my private school were a police department. They were all sworn law enforcement officers (trained by other departments) and had the same power as any other except their jurisdiction was limited to campus.

I think more likely the school was just grandfathered in somehow. The school would have been well outside of town when it was founded like 150 years ago, and they would have had to do a lot of their own shit.

Yes. In California we hav State Police. They work state venues. Hell, back around 1992 or so, I got pulled over for running a red light by one, in a marked state cop car. Didn’t get a ticket because he had no ticket book.

Not only tickets, but the college could have your vehicle towed and impounded. Well, just like anywhere you parked it illegally. But the registration or diploma extortion system works even on people who don't care to get their car back.

I'm a pregnant mother with children when I go to the grocery store. I always park in the drive up n go spots. The only reserved parking I honor is veterans and the handicap(mainly because that one is a law)
