The cops locked me up from Tuesday to Friday the state never filed charges and i was released with no bond or court date. Do I have any legal course for being falsely imprisioned for 4 days.

Get a lawyer. It does not matter what you did. if they locked you up for four days and then let you go with no charges, they violated your constitutional right to a speedy trial and your right to due process.

Get a lawyer. The problem is that if you sue the city for violating your rights, they can STILL charge you with a crime and make your life hell. You at that point could possible argue that the charges are some form of retaliation, but if there is ANY merit to the charges you will be fucked.

Get a lawyer. The worst part is that They can still press charges even if you don't try to sue them.

I concur, lawyers are pieces of filthy shit, but they know all the scams and ways to work the system. If you don't know the laws inside and out and don't have the time to educate yourself, you're going to have to hire one of these motherfuckers.

That can yield a default judgment against you, and that's bad news if you have assets twisting in the wind in your personal name. If you own stuff or have an identifiable income stream, it will go towards your debt.

Almost certainly but good luck finding a lawyer willing to go against the police. They arrested you, threw you in jail, you suffered tangible measurable financial damage and time spent to deal with that (which is still ongoing) and they didn't press charges.

You can probably go after the guy for filing a false police report (for morethan just obvious damages) but I doubt cops are in trouble here, unless they were the ones who faked the story. In that case I'd recommend avoiding since no judge will take your word over cop even if they believed you and they probably would believe you which puts you in an even worse sun tzu position because a trapped animal fights with fury.

I would try to get perjury charges against the "victim" in your dropped criminial case. He gave a sworn statement to police that you shot at him yet there was absolutely no evidence to indict you or even for a judge to rule you should be held until a grand jury hears the case. I am not sure if you can file false imprisonment charges but perhaps you can get the police department for malicious prosecution.

As far as the person you did work for, that is definitely a small claims case in my opinion. Fairly open and shut for you to win it. Hopefully there is a signed contract.

If that guy really thought you were dangerous he wouldn’t claim the tools you need to earn a living as his own, and he would not be trying to stiff you. He pretends his actions are for his safety, but it seems counter to his interests.

If he doesn’t want you back on his property, preventing you from finishing the job..fine. He shouldn’t have to provide full payment if you can’t finish. But the tool confiscation, he should take a beating for that.

Ideally, this would be the guy cops and judges use when they're in trouble. It will probably cost you a fortune unless your case gives them a shot at the supreme court, since those guys don't need to work on speculation.
