The girl showing me the kit was all kinds of proud of it. When I asked her about the hallucinations or nightmares she said oh she only has nightmares sometimes and then I slow down for a few days but when shes better I just give them to her again.

You know, women didn't need to work before the 70s. But that changed right after the Fed printed a lot of money in a period of stagflation. We never recovered to 60s levels worker productivity (that's real value take home pay per hour worked), even after decades. It seems to have a permanent effect.

If the trend means anything with the huge amount the Fed has printed in the covid era (a stagflation if we were honest about inflation numbers) child labor should be coming back soon.

If people bring their kids to work then child labor is inevitable because kids want to work. They don't want to do nothing.

I'd almost support it too if it weren't being done for more monopoly money. I'm basically for all work being done by default. But against all work being done for monopoly money beyond providing for your basic needs. If you've met that there are alternative modes of productivity that are worth prioritizing.
