depends on how you enforced it. If you just put up a sign that read "whites only" then the fed will shut you down. federal Civil Rights Act of 64 iirc.

However you can call it a private establishment and charge temporary membership entrance fees at the door and give the food away for free. In that case you can deny or approve anyone for any reason.

You will ofc have 300 niggers and white liberals outside picketing. My suggestion would be to blare classical or country music at them.
