Actually, no. While old timey chicken breeds were robust and healthy, the modern breeds are retarded. This is besides the pasture raised point. But of course, once you add to the equation, cage raised sunlight deprived factory chickens, you are not helping your health. The chicken in the rando supermarkets is nearly nutrition deprived. They are all soy and corn fed too.

You must buy your special chicken from farms that raise them old fashioned way and the breeds are old world too. This makes it expensive so one can only have chicken once or twice a week.

Similar story for pork.
Rinse and repeat with seafood.

Now we are left with ruminants with varying price points.
So yeah, you gotta eat them all. Not to mention the different nutrients you get from different animals and fish.
