When I was younger and had gradually gained something like 20 lb and was listening to every crazy diet thing which told you that if you just ate certain combinations of food that you would lose weight or you ate it at certain times and not other times you would lose weight and of course none of that actually worked I went back to square one and said what the hell made people lose weight when they were in prison camps and of course the answer was they just ate almost no calories. And so that's what I started doing was just eating almost no calories and of course the weight just melted off with no exercise at all. So it's kind of funny to see this.
It's that simple. These idiots that only do cardio and eat like a hog... I feel bad for them. They ponder and question and will never get closer to an answer.
Movie = a recording of moving images that tells a story and that people watch on a screen or television
Story = an account of imaginary or real people and events told for entertainment.
They tell you in their own words it's fucking fake, they just choose those words very carefully so the mind of the unsuspecting person will "assume" they meant it "the other way"
Like when they call themselves "White people" they want you to assume they are Aryan, and when you do, they subvert you
oh all those movie clips of skinny people in jailhouse uniforms were primarily ukrainian and russian actors
everyone seems to forget that part, none of those were "the people" in those camps, and you don't make swimming pools and sports teams and theatre stages for plays for a people you intend to eradicate immediately upon arrival
