Gavin Newsome has been to Iowa. Michelle Obama is considering a run. Obama is in charge (or whomever puppets Obama) and they are actively looking for Biden's replacement. I'd expect a death or resignation of Biden before the first week of November, so the next candidate can make the presidential ballot deadline for all 50 states.
Bush Jr, at the height of his unpopularity, having recently been annointed President by the supreme court, had a similar problem with polling numbers momentarily lower than any president in history. September being the worst.
What did he do?
He used 9/11. Gave a speech about terrorists and actually jumped up the the highest polling overnight.
The only modern President who had similar numbers was his father, Bush Sr, immediately after announcing a "successful" end of war efforts and withdrawal in Operation Desert Storm. The original bush mission accomplished.
Biden has a few outs. End support for Ukraine. Start a false flag. Have a health condition and resign for the country. All will create a spike in popularity or set stage for another contender.
The other thing is election cheating has been legalized through the court systems so they might hold on to him so long as he avoids too many mitch mconnell/feinstein moments. Hes a perfect puppet for who ((actually)) runs the country.
It's an important aspect of their current herd management plan. Notice how no one is 'doing anything'? That seems likely to end once they're ready for the next phase.
Trump and Biden both work for the same people. So they're trying to make sure that Trump is the Republican nominee. They're doing their best to build him up as the victim with a whole lot of hokie charges that we all know he'll never go to prison for. The only Trump people that ever go to prison are his supporters. He hires the cabal he hires Bill Barr he hires Christopher Ray he hired James Comey for God he hires all these people he is the cabal.
So Trump is person who's going to come after buying and he's not going to arrest anybody because he's the Deep State and he's going to fool everybody for another 4 years. He fooled us all we thought he would actually go in there and put people in jail instead he left them all in there and now they're running the country.
So the answer is that the person the DNC has selected to succeed Joe Biden is Donald Trump.
