Watch everyone in that video carefully. Every single person shows at least one side of being drunk or mentally impaired in some way. First the puncher, that was a pretty drunk thing to do. The guy standing at the side, barely able to stand. Grandma falls over for nearly no reason when reaching for a rail. Her daughter just looks on while her elderly mother is on the ground having fallen over. The young guy who also does nothing and has no concern about the old lady on the ground but instantly shows concern to the blond who was just punched without a second's hesitation ignoring grandma because he's horny as fuck. That's a pretty drunk thing to do.
